Your Medical Examination - things to note

The details of your examination, including time, date and directions to the venue will be sent to you in writing. In any event, please do not hesitate to speak to our team if you
require any assistance.
Please ensure that you arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before your scheduled examination.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we request that you let us know at least 48 hours before the appointment. Please note that in the event that you do not attend your appointment, you may incur a cancellation fee.
The purpose of the examination is to assess your injury so far as it is relevant to your claim. Note that the doctor will not treat you or make any judgment on who was at fault for your injury during this examination. Following your appointment, the doctor will finalise the report and send it directly to your solicitors or insurers.
